This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") governs your access to and use of the Sunny Bliss QuickBooks Online Connector (the "Application"), a private, internal software integration operated by Sunny Bliss Plumbing & Air ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By installing, connecting, or otherwise using the Application, you ("User") agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.
The Company grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Application solely for the Company's internal business operations, including the retrieval and processing of accounting data from QuickBooks Online. The Application is not offered, sold, or licensed to the general public.
The Application is intended exclusively for authorized personnel of Sunny Bliss Plumbing & Air. You agree to use the Application only for lawful business purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and the Intuit Developer Terms of Service.
You may not: (a) copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Application; (b) reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code, except as permitted by law; (c) use the Application to access data you are not authorized to access; or (d) use the Application in any manner that could damage, disable, or impair Intuit's services.
The Application connects to QuickBooks Online via Intuit's authorized APIs. Access is granted only through Intuit's OAuth authorization, which you may revoke at any time through your Intuit account or by disconnecting the Application. The Application accesses only the data necessary for the Company's internal accounting and operations functions.
The Application and all related intellectual property are owned by the Company. This Agreement does not transfer any ownership rights to you. "QuickBooks" and "Intuit" are trademarks of Intuit Inc.; this Application is not endorsed by or affiliated with Intuit beyond its use of Intuit's published developer APIs.
The Application is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. The Company does not warrant that the Application will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Application.
The Company may suspend or terminate your access to the Application at any time, with or without cause. Upon termination, your license to use the Application ends immediately.
The Company may update this Agreement from time to time. Continued use of the Application after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
