This Privacy Policy describes how the Sunny Bliss QuickBooks Online Connector (the "Application"), operated by Sunny Bliss Plumbing & Air ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), collects, uses, and protects information accessed through Intuit's QuickBooks Online APIs. The Application is a private, internal tool used solely for the Company's own business operations and is not offered to the public.
When authorized via Intuit's OAuth flow, the Application may access the following categories of data from the Company's own QuickBooks Online account:
The Application accesses only the data necessary to perform internal accounting and operational tasks for the Company.
Accessed data is used exclusively for the Company's internal business purposes, such as financial review, reporting, and operational decision-making. We do not sell, rent, or share this data with third parties for marketing or any other purpose.
The Application accesses data on demand through Intuit's APIs. Any data temporarily processed is retained only as long as necessary to complete the requested operation and is handled within the Company's controlled environment. We do not maintain a public-facing database of QuickBooks data.
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect accessed data, including secure transmission over encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS), restricted access limited to authorized Company personnel, and secure handling of OAuth credentials. While no system is completely secure, we strive to protect data against unauthorized access, disclosure, or misuse.
We do not share QuickBooks data with any third party except as required by law, or as necessary to operate the integration through Intuit's authorized services. The Application does not transmit accessed data to any external party outside the Company.
Authorization to access QuickBooks Online is granted through Intuit's OAuth process and may be revoked at any time. You can disconnect the Application through your Intuit account settings, which immediately terminates the Application's access to your data.
The Application relies on Intuit's QuickBooks Online platform. Your use of QuickBooks Online is also governed by Intuit's own privacy policy and terms of service. "QuickBooks" and "Intuit" are trademarks of Intuit Inc.
The Application is a business tool and is not directed to or intended for use by individuals under the age of 18.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Application after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
